January is a good month for us to slow down! We like the start the year off with some fun family activities but mainly just getting back to a slower pace. We had a good start to the year! While Dan was off for the holiday break, we went to the Safari Park as a family, which was fun. The kids enjoyed feeding the lorikeets and we got to see the new tiger exhibit. The tigers can get up really close!
Ben was excited to wear a big boy tie just like Henry! I love that Henry doesn't mind matching his baby brother.
Dan took the boys to their class in Balboa Park while I went to a conference. Of course that's the day he saw this! Yes, it's two T-Rex's driving a car. I miss all the good stuff.
The boys officially started martial arts. They were really excited to get the full gear and feel official.

The boys had a really fun day in one of their classes at Balboa Park. They had an art teacher come in and teach the kids an art lesson while they painted a cool tropical island scene. I love them!
While the boys are in class at Balboa Park, we like to find all the fun stuff for little kids! The Science Center fits the bill for that! They have a really cute little kid's town just for the little guys under five. Our favorite place to hang out!
This video cracks me up. This is just Ben, super cute, sassy and sometimes cranky Ben.
