Halloween

This year's Halloween was a bit different but still fun. Since it fell on a Wednesday, we knew we wouldn't be able to trick-or-treat since we had church. But since we had our Disneyland passes, we decided to go for one of their special Trick or treat nights. It was so much fun and definitely worth the cost to get in. They close the park around 3pm to everyone who didn't buy a special ticket, so it wasn't crowded at all. Once it became dark, we changed the boys into their costumes. Henry was Peter Pan and Jonah was Captain Hook. They were so cute!!! Henry was adorable with his little hat on. I made his costume this year and I was pretty sure he wouldn't wear his hat. But once we got there and he changed into his costume, he kept his hat on the entire night! He loved it! Disneyland was decorated pretty cute and they handed out TONS of candy! It was a lot of fun and the boys enjoyed "trick-or-treating"!

We had a lot of fun decorating our pumpkins too. I knew the boys weren't able to carve pumpkins yet, so I picked up these cute decorating kits from Target. They were really affordable and allowed the boys to decorate their pumpkins with a little help. They painted the pumpkins and sprinkled them with glitter. Then once the paint was dry, we just added the stickers. They turned out so cute and the boys were excited to do it "themselves!"
